Job Description

We are looking for a self motivated Legal assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and provide support for our compliance department . You will provide a broad spectrum of services which includes, counselling of international student and compliance with both the university regulations and Australian immigration laws.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our compliance team and enhance office effectiveness

  • Handle communication with clients, universities. Etc

  • Prepare student case file case

  • Conduct investigations into student documentations to conduct their authenticity

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Monitor application and visa deadlines

    • Skills

  • Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary

  • Familiarity with Australian migration law .
