Legal Assistant Manager - Construction

Job Description

- Review and analyze client contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Draft and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure company’s full legal rights
- Monitor and review new and existing regulations and laws related to construction, labor, and import/export of construction materials
- Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics, including labor law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance
- Offer advisory support for litigation matters, coordinating with consultants and legal advisors
- Collaborate with other department to ensure alignment with project deadlines and timely submission of materials
- Support project deliverables and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
