Job Description
Overview
- Conduct legal research and provide practical advice on corporate, M&A and equity capital markets transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate, ECM and transactional documentation, including agreements and disclosures
- Assist with due diligence exercises, identifying legal, regulatory and commercial risks
- Ensure compliance with local and applicable international laws and regulations
- Support partners and deal teams in transaction execution and project management
- Maintain accurate, organised legal records and transaction documentation
- Monitor and stay updated on corporate, capital markets and regulatory developments
- Provide general legal support on corporate and transactional matters as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Associate should have:
