JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

Provide insightful legal analysis and commercially astute advice on investment and general corporate matters.
Monitoring incoming legislation and regulations, identifying any impact on the business and overseeing effective compliance.
Providing legal input into investment decisions that is timely, effective, and fit for purpose and ensuring timely implementation of new mandates.
Negotiating the terms of legal contracts and other documentation with Investment managers, consultants, advisers, and other external parties.
