Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support across our client’s business

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives

Assist on regulatory matters

Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required
Qualifications:
Legal qualification with 2-3 years PQE from Banking/ Corporate/ M&A/ Technology / Regulatory from reputable law firms or financial institutions

Open to both law firms and in-house

Strong drafting skills required

Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
