Role Overview
The Legal Counsel – Philippines provides legal support to the Company’s in‑house legal team, with a focus on local legal matters, vendor and supplier contract review, purchase orders, client NDAs, and employment‑related legal support. This role works under the guidance of senior in‑house counsel and supports day‑to‑day legal operations related to Philippine‑based and regional activities. This position is a supporting legal role and does not serve as the primary legal authority for the region.
