Legal Counsel – Finance team
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. Key responsibilities include developing compliance processes across all jurisdictions, safeguarding the company’s interests, and ensuring adherence to corporate bylaws, shareholder agreements and other legal frameworks.

- Provide assistance on dunning debtors.
- Review and ensure contractual protection of Ukio’s interests.
