ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is hiring a Legal Counsel - Corporate Affairs to provide legal advisory support, contract review, and ensure compliance with UAE laws. The role involves managing legal risks, external litigation matters, and coordinating with government authorities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of legal experience in a large industrial organization, preferably within the Oil and Energy sector. Strong skills in corporate and commercial law are required.
