Legal Counsel (Digital Infrastructure)

The organisation has a growing presence in digital infrastructure, including data centres and subsea cable projects, supporting businesses and communities across Asia and other key international markets.

• Provide legal and corporate governance support to the Singapore business while collaborating with legal and business counterparts across international operations.
• Advise on commercial and strategic matters, support complex M&A and business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage legal risks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders on key projects.
• Oversee external counsel and legal budgets where required.
