Legal Counsel, Employment Litigation (Mississauga)

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team with a primary focus on employment law litigation. This role involves managing external counsel, advising internal stakeholders with both legal and business insight, and operating in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The ideal candidate will have Bay Street firm experience, strong strategic and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle matters independently. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
