The Legal Counsel provides legal support across Capital A’s diverse business units, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing risks. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting business transactions, assisting in compliance matters, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Your Role as a Legal Counsel
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters affecting Capital A’s operations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant aviation, fintech, digital services, and corporate laws.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs.
