What you’ll be doing
- Support Legal France Team members and especially the Senior Legal Counsel in dealing with day-to-day requests for legal advice coming from local Underwriting and Operations teams and from colleagues of the network based abroad interested in pursuing business opportunities France.
- Be the point of contact and work as a true Business Partner for several underwriting departments.
- Review and validate various contractual documents (reinsurance contracts, confidentiality agreements, mandates, brokerage protocols, commercial contracts, etc.).
- Propose to underwriters and underwriting assistants solutions that comply with applicable law and are adapted to the needs of AXA XL's clients and partners.
