About the job:
Provide efficient and knowledgeable legal support to the business;
Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts, including but not limited to procurement agreements, leases, research and development agreements, services agreements;
Advise internal business teams on legal issues, including but not limited to employment matters, privacy and data protection, corporate governance, compliance, risk managem...
