Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, business-oriented legal support to the company’s operations and commercial activities in Europe with a focus in Spain, working closely with cross‑functional teams including procurement, engineering, project development, operations, sales, and management.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements, including EPC contracts, construction contracts, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts such as sales, service, distribution, cooperation, and NDA arrangements with a focus on supporting the Spanish market.
