Job Description
Our client is a diversified multinational trading house with deep roots across multiple industry sectors. Their Singapore hub serves as a regional HQ for Asia Pacific and they have a legal team of 8 personnel. They're looking for a replacement counsel within a supportive culture and hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end legal advisory across investment projects, trading contracts, and day-to-day operations in the APAC region
- Draft and review transaction documents — term sheets, SPAs, and internal approval materials
- Support M&A transactions across industry verticals (deal sizes typically USD 5–30m)
- Handle compliance, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory filings, and board/shareholder resolutions
- Instruct and manage external counsel, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness
