Job Description
Main Area of Responsibility
The primary responsibility of the Legal Counsel is to advise and represent the company regarding the legal aspects related to Sprout’s business activities. He/She also assists the Head of Legal in monitoring the respective tasks of the Legal Department.
Additionally, the Legal Counsel shall ensure that Sprout is in full compliance with all the necessary national and local laws that are applicable to its particular industry. The Legal Counsel must monitor the quality standards, reporting, procedural documentation and training of the Company and its people.
Tasks
- Coordinates with the Head of Legal regarding legal issues of the Company
- Drafts legal documents such as demand letters, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Coordinates with different government agencies in securing the necessary permits and licenses for all development projects of Sprout.
