The Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario is an administrative tribunal responsible for overseeing the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and Part X of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA).
The Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC) has an exciting new opportunity for a legal counsel to provide advice on privacy and access to information issues in the provincial and municipal public sectors.
