Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate supplier and customer contracts
• Advise on compliance with aviation and export regulations
• Assist in developing corporate governance materials
• Support IP licensing and protection strategies
• Manage relationships with external counsel efficiently
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law school
• In good standing as a Canadian or U.S. Bar member
