Legal Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive, service-minded **Intake Specialist / Receptionist** to be the welcoming first point of contact for our firm.This role is perfect for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys helping people, handling calls with empathy, and providing a positive client experience in a fast-paced environment.
