Job Description
Our client is people focussed and seeking a Duty Solicitor to join the team. You will provide advice across all areas of criminal law to individuals, and key will be your ability to understand and fact find quickly, so that you can deliver advice to your clients who are often experiencing high levels of stress and worry.
As an experienced Duty Solicitor you will be a clear communicator delivering expert solutions and managing expectations and outcomes across all areas of petty and serious crime.
You will need to be mobile and have a clean driver's licence and vehicle, enabling you to attend police stations and court. You must have experience in working unsupervised and undertaking you own advocacy, including hardship applications and trial.
