Responsible for quality assurance testing for the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE). Conduct expert peer reviews of invoice analysts’ work using specialized legal expertise. Engage in written communications with law firm vendors to resolve disputed invoice adjustments. Support appeals mediation efforts and document expert-to-expert discourse for client review. Provide guidance to business unit partners regarding issues or opportunities within the LBA process. Responsibilities: Conduct reviews of LBACOE Legal Invoice Analysts’ line item adjustments for quality assurance. Verify compliance with legal billing guidelines by law firms and vendors.
