Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws.
Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships.
Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards.
Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel.
