Job Description Lead or participate in drafting the Companys Charter, internal rules, policies, and general regulations. Organize the review and systematization of organizational and operational regulations applicable to the Companys divisions and departments, as well as the Companys professional policies and operating procedures. Develop proposed action plans based on the review results and submit them to the Chief Executive Officer for approval. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to provide comments on draft legal and regulatory documents in the securities sector circulated by competent authorities and related organizations for consultation.
