Job Description
TransPerfect Legal's Marketing & Communications team is seeking a full-time Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement based in London, Barcelona, Chicago, or Raleigh. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and run the day-to-day marketing engine independently, exercise strong judgment, and grow into owning this function over time. The ideal candidate is not just an executor but an operator with a leadership mindset: someone who identifies problems before being asked, pushes back when priorities are wrong, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes. You will be the person who keeps things moving when it matters most.
