• Managing applicant, tenant, and landlord enquiries in a phone‑based environment
• Booking viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies
• Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants
• Supporting management of a mixed property portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor activity
• Monitoring rent payments and following up on arrears
