1. Work within a collaborative and creative operations team, contributing to the delivery of Telecom and IT services;
2. Monitor networks and handle customer incidents;
3. Manage support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing systems;
4. Operate ticketing systems and monitoring tools;
5. Configure network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Datacom) and maintain updated documentation.

• Previous experience in Telecom or telecommunications carriers;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
