The Governors at Southwold Primary School are seeking to appoint a proactive, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant with a strong background or interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are recruiting for the role of Teaching Assistant Level 2. The successful candidate will support personalised learning for pupils with a range of additional needs, working as part of our SEND team. This includes supporting teaching, learning, assessment, behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing and pastoral care to help pupils achieve their full potential.

This is a temporary one year position.
