Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote the development of students' third and fourth languages.
• Plan and lead lessons and group activities.
• Engage students in speaking, reading, writing, and listening activities.
• Monitor student progress and prepare progress reports.
• Foster student independence by guiding them to follow classroom rules, routines, and instructions, initiate tasks, and work autonomously.

Social-Emotional Support

• Be attentive to students' needs and encourage social interaction both inside and outside the classroom.
• Communicate any social-emotional concerns regarding students to the Academic Coordination team.
• Build positive relationships with students and motivate them throughout the process of learning a new language.
