This role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring that all collection efforts are carried out in compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Experience

• Proven experience in a liaison or similar role, such as customer service, relationship management, or account management (1–3 years, depending on the position).
