Liaison Officer (6 months, Outram Park, UP$3.5)

This role involves direct engagement with scam victims to provide emotional support, reduce the risk of further financial losses, and help victims break free from scam cycles through compassionate intervention and coordinated care.

• Work closely with Investigation Officers (IOs) to engage scam victims and maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
• Explain Restriction Orders (ROs) clearly and guide victims through the process with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with victims throughout the RO period to build trust and encourage open communication regarding their experiences.
