Job Summary
Coordinates and facilitates the assignment of students reentering a comprehensive high school from court-ordered dependent or delinquent placement. Serves as a liaison between the assigned school and Family Court, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Community Behavioral Health (CBH) and private providers of residential education and other governmental agencies. Facilitates the student transfer process, admissions process, credit retrieval process, coordination of support services and the appropriate resolution of disciplinary and/or academic issues raised by teachers, school personnel, the youth or any of the youth's support systems.
Essential Functions
