Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hauling operations from vessel to subcontracted trucks
- Monitor delivery schedules
- Act as liaison between vessel crew, truck subcontractors, and head office
- Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents
- Monitor dispatch, arrival, and turnaround times
- Report issues, delays, or discrepancies immediately
- Assist in documentation, billing, and operational reports
Qualifications
- Graduate of any course (Engineering or Logistics-related course is an advantage)
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or transport operations is preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills are welcome to apply
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel or be assigned on-site if needed
- Computer literate (Excel, reports, email)
