Responsibilities

• Participate in medication therapy management (MTM) and provide recommendations for therapy adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of drug inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor expiration dates and manage the disposal of expired medications.
• Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all pharmacy activities and transactions.
