LPN - All Shifts Available  Schedule Full Time, Part Time - Day/Evening rotation, Evening/Night Rotation or Evening or Nights.  
EOW and Holiday required 
Minimum 24 hours a week  
Must be able to start full shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday 
Required Qualifications NY LPN Licensure 
BLS (AHA or RQI required) 
1 year experience as LPN 
Experience serving in an LPN capacity at LTC Facility - 1 year required
