Overview:
- Location: Crystal Lake, IL
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Part Time: 6A-2:30P (every other weekend and every other Monday and Tuesday)
- Part Time: 4P-8P (every other weekend)
- Part Time: 10P-6:30A (Every Monday and Wednesday, every other Saturday and Friday)

Must Haves From You To Be A Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
