The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Scranton, PA. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.

What You'll Do

• Support chronic condition management


• Provide first aid and medication administration


• Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans


• Document care and communicate with school teams


• Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN License
  


• CPR certified


• School based experience, Diabetic monitoring, Asthmatic, Diabetics, Seizure monitoring, Medication administration, Pediatrics (preferred but not required)
