Under the supervision of Medical Director, Provider or Nurse Supervisor, the LPN utilizes the nursing process to assist in the provision of ambulatory health care services that reflect the ambulatory health care providers' philosophy and standard of ambulatory health and nursing care of assigned patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examination preparations, point of care testing, vital signs, vaccines, phlebotomy, drug administration including injections, prescription verification with physician's orders, minor surgery assists...
