Job Description
Our client is a well-established wealth management practice in the Niagara Region seeking a Licensed Administrative Associate to join its growing team.
As a key team member, you will support Investment Advisors with client service, account administration, compliance coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, proactive, and experienced in the investment or wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare client documentation and reports
- Process account openings, transfers, updates, EFTs, PAC/SWP setups, and trade submissions
