We are currently looking for a Full Time Group Licensed Social Worker to work on our Dual Diagnose/Addiction Medicine. The Social Worker is responsible for monitoring the patient's mental and psycho-social needs and to provide the services to meet these needs in order to attain or maintain the highest practical level of physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
