Licensed Therapist / Occupational Therapist Job in Phoenix, Arizona / Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) to work in skilled nursing facilities in and around Phoenix, AZ. Both travel and local therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer sponsorship opportunities.
As an Occupational Therapist, he or she is responsible for:
-Meeting the patient's goals and needs by providing quality care through assessing and interpreting evaluations
-Determining occupational therapy treatment plans in consultations with physicians or by prescription
-Evaluating results of occupational therapy by observing, noting and evaluating patient's progress and recommending and implementing adjustments and modifications
-Work in collaboration with certified occupational therapy assistants to establish a rehabilitation plan
