Job Description

The Equine and Nemo Farm Animal Hospital seeks a veterinary technician who can demonstrate a team-based approach and mindset. The ability to communicate quickly and directly, thrive under pressure, and learn continuously is key to enjoying this innovative and challenging environment. The ENFAH Surgery Technician will provide high quality technical support to equine and farm animal patients, their owners and referring veterinarians, as well as clinicians, other staff and students.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Works closely with the surgeons, anesthesiology, imaging and other members of the surgical team to provide a safe comfortable environment where the patient receives the highest standard of care
Assists in management of the daily flow of surgeries which includes, but is not limited to, communicating across the services, preparation of the surgery rooms with equipment and supplies, assisting with the anesthetic inductions, ...
