In Nursing Service for it's Community Living Center G-63 in Sepulveda Located in Sepulveda, CA. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse/Team Leader, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to the Veteran patient with consideration to psychosocial, cultural, and age specific needs. Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to provide a full range of practical nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavior problems, and knowledge of age specific differences from the adult or older population. Maintains acceptable standards within the health care setting and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
