Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

The Licensed Vocational Nurse works in collaboration with the Clinical Team in developing and maintaining the client's treatment plan. The nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and providing physical and psychological support to patients and families. Licensed Vocational Nurses are responsible for the direct supervision and care of patients and for facilitating all clinical activities.
