Job Description

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Full Time: AM (7AM-3:30PM), 4:2 schedule 
Per Diem: MUST have availability for AM (7AM-3:30PM) and PM (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
$38-$41 per hour, based on experience

General Summary:
The LVN is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated.

Assists the RN supervisor and /or supervises and oversees the direct care of the residents being provided by the CNA�s on their shift in order to maintain quality resident care
