Unique Skills

Knowledge of at least one of the following processes: hardware installations, sheetmetal forming, special process like paint, heat treat, or chemical conversion. CNC. Bachelor’s Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Supervises resources and develops programs based on production capacity and material availability. Monitors results of the process and makes the necessary adjustments to meet the customer’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity, and skill.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
