Role Description
This is a full-time Life Insurance Agent role based in Cheras with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Life Insurance Agent will identify and approach potential clients, assess their financial protection needs, and recommend appropriate life, health, and savings products. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing personalized insurance proposals, and explaining policy terms in clear, accessible language. The role also involves managing policy applications and documentation, coordinating with underwriting and support teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and renewals. The agent will maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing service and policy reviews, and participate in training, sales meetings, and compliance activities to stay current with AIA’s products and regulatory requirements.
