Overview
Salayel Hospitality is seeking responsible and vigilant Lifeguards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests using swimming pools, beaches, and recreational water facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment while delivering professional and friendly service in line with hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of guests at all pool and water recreation areas at all times
- Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules and safety regulations
- Perform water rescues, first aid, and CPR when required
- Conduct regular pool area inspections to identify and report hazards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of poolside equipment and furniture
- Ensure availability and readiness of lifesaving equipment (rescue tubes, first aid kits, AED, etc.)
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and answer safety-related inquiries
