To succeed in this role, you should have strong swimming skills, be attentive, and be able to respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area and ensure the safety of all guests
• Enforce pool rules and regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed
• Perform routine safety checks of the pool area
• Keep the pool area clean and organized
