Lifeguard - Healthworks Fitness - Per Diem

Position Summary:

The Certified Lifeguard is primarily responsible for friendly service, safety and cleanliness of the Aquatic Center. This includes patron supervision, water testing, and record keeping.

Education, License & Cert:

Current Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications required

Experience:

1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Lifeguard preferred. 2. Must possess excellent communication, and motivation skills. 3. Must possess competent knowledge of Lifeguarding and chemical testing skills.

Essential Functions: 1. Greets members and staff with exemplary service, a smile and empathy. 2. Ensures safety of all swimmers using advanced life guarding skills. 3. Supervises each participant and professionally enforces the policies of the aquatics department and the Facility. 4.
