This role is the backbone of what we do. You'll be poolside every shift, keeping a watchful eye over our swimmers, and creating a safe environment where kids and families feel confident in the water. If you take safety seriously, show up ready to lead by example, and genuinely care about the people around you, this role is for youDuties and Responsibilities: Maintain constant, focused surveillance of all patrons in the facility and respond immediately and appropriately to any emergency.
Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, and ensure EMS is contacted through the most appropriate means.
